36th District Court Judge Michael Wagner in Detroit dismissed two counts of Assault with Intent to Murder and two counts of Felonious Assault against Mitch's client after Mitch demanded his client's right to a preliminary examination. The work is not yet done on this case, as the Feds have picked up the case. Mitch is still on the case defending his client in Federal Court.
